The Role
We are hiring a Head of Growth & Product to drive the next phase of our journey. This is a senior leadership role where you will own both growth strategy and product development, working directly with the founders. The ideal candidate is a proven operator from the SaaS, food delivery, or marketplace space who can scale adoption fast, while building a product roadmap that wins globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth & Sales:
- Lead all marketing and sales efforts to acquire 200+ restaurants and retail clients in the first year
- Build repeatable go-to-market systems (sales processes, digital funnels, partnerships, onboarding)
- Design and execute growth experiments to optimize acquisition, retention, and monetization
- Product Leadership:
- Act as Product Owner, shaping the roadmap and ensuring product-market fit
- Collaborate closely with development teams to deliver high-quality features
- Integrate customer feedback and market research into product strategy
- Leadership & Strategy:
- Work hand-in-hand with founders to define and execute growth strategy
- Build scalable playbooks for future SaaS/app launches
- Represent the company in key client and partner discussions
What Were Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in growth, product, or commercial leadership roles
- Background in SaaS, marketplaces, or food/delivery platforms (e.g., Foodpanda, Blink, Careem, Bykea, Deliveroo, etc.)
- Proven record of scaling B2B SaaS or tech-enabled products
- Strong sales skills (deal closing, process building, team management)
- Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, partnerships, content strategy)
- Entrepreneurial, data-driven, and capable of thriving in a startup/scale-up environment
