Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and professional Cold Caller to join our real estate brokerage team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, setting appointments for agents, and managing follow-ups through our CRM system. This is a performance-driven role for someone confident on the phone and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to generate leads and schedule appointments for agents.

  • Qualify and nurture leads through follow-up calls and CRM updates.

  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all lead interactions within the CRM.

  • Transfer qualified leads to the sales team and ensure smooth communication hand-offs.

  • Track daily call metrics, performance, and lead conversion results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outbound cold calling (lead generation or appointment setting).

  • Comfortable using an auto-dialer and managing leads within a CRM system.

  • Strong English communication skills with a professional and clear phone manner.

  • Full-time availability during 9 AM - 5 PM EST.

  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for calls.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience or familiarity with real estate terminology and processes.

  • Prior experience using real estate CRMs (e.g., Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, Vulcan7, etc.).

  • Understanding of lead scoring, reporting, or performance tracking metrics.
