Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Cold Caller to join our real estate brokerage team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, setting appointments for agents, and managing follow-ups through our CRM system. This is a performance-driven role for someone confident on the phone and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls to generate leads and schedule appointments for agents.

Qualify and nurture leads through follow-up calls and CRM updates.

Maintain accurate and timely records of all lead interactions within the CRM.

Transfer qualified leads to the sales team and ensure smooth communication hand-offs.

Track daily call metrics, performance, and lead conversion results.
Requirements:

Proven experience in outbound cold calling (lead generation or appointment setting).

Comfortable using an auto-dialer and managing leads within a CRM system.

Strong English communication skills with a professional and clear phone manner.

Full-time availability during 9 AM - 5 PM EST.

Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for calls.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience or familiarity with real estate terminology and processes.

Prior experience using real estate CRMs (e.g., Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, Vulcan7, etc.).

Understanding of lead scoring, reporting, or performance tracking metrics.
