Key Responsibilities:
- Log inbound and outbound activity based on scanned documents
- Ensure inventory status is updated promptly and accurately
- Match scanned paperwork with correct system entries
- Maintain consistency between physical documents and system records
- Support warehouse and logistics tracking workflows
- Follow established processes with speed and accuracy
Required Experience & Skills:
- Prior data entry experience, preferably in logistics or warehouse environments
- Familiarity with inventory movement concepts (inbound / outbound)
- Fast and accurate typing
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Ability to follow structured instructions independently
