Key Responsibilities:

  • Log inbound and outbound activity based on scanned documents
  • Ensure inventory status is updated promptly and accurately
  • Match scanned paperwork with correct system entries
  • Maintain consistency between physical documents and system records
  • Support warehouse and logistics tracking workflows
  • Follow established processes with speed and accuracy

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Prior data entry experience, preferably in logistics or warehouse environments
  • Familiarity with inventory movement concepts (inbound / outbound)
  • Fast and accurate typing
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven
  • Ability to follow structured instructions independently
