GMB Specialist (Google Business Profile Management Expert)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Google Business Profile (GMB/GBP) backend expert with proven, advanced methods to manage, protect, and grow multiple GBPs at scale. This is not a basic SEO role we need someone with deep expertise in backend GMB/GBP management, including removing harmful reviews, recovering banned profiles, and creating new verified accounts from limited data.

If you have specialized strategies, insider knowledge, or connections within Google that give you an edge in stabilizing and securing GBPs, this role is for you.

You will be managing 50+ profiles for a fast-paced reputation management project, where accuracy, speed, and results are everything.

Key Responsibilities

• Remove harmful reviews that violate Googles policies (flagging, escalation, or advanced backend methods).

• Create and verify new GBPs even with minimal information (address, phone, business details).

• Recover suspended or banned profiles using proven, reliable methods.

• Stabilize new GBPs and ensure they remain live and secure.

• Manage, update, and optimize profile details (hours, phone, address, categories).

• Respond to customer reviews with professional, friendly, and reputation-focused messaging.

• Keep organized and efficient while handling 50+ GBPs simultaneously.

What Were Really Looking For

- Someone with deep backend expertise in GMB/GBP management (far beyond standard practices).
- Proven systems, tools, or advanced tricks that consistently work for review removal, verification, and recovery.
- Ability to set up and stabilize GBPs quickly and effectively, even in difficult cases.
- Ideally, someone with insights, networks, or connections within Google that help streamline escalations and issue resolution.
- Strong written English for customer-facing review replies.
- Attention to detail and ability to operate independently with minimal oversight

• Note: Candidates must have a strong internet backup and a fully functional laptop/PC to be considered for this role.
