We're looking for an experienced SEO Specialist who can take full ownership of multiple client accounts and drive measurable ranking improvements across Google and AI-powered search.

What You'll Do

As our SEO Specialist, you'll manage the complete SEO strategy and execution for a portfolio of client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP) for multiple clients.
  • Execute Local SEO strategies to improve Google Map Pack rankings.
  • Publish and optimize local service content to strengthen topical authority.
  • Perform keyword research and optimize on-page SEO elements.
  • Build high-quality backlinks and manage local citations.
  • Maintain NAP consistency across business directories.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve website issues, including:

    • Site speed optimization
    • Crawl and indexing issues
    • Schema markup
    • Core Web Vitals
  • Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and SEO performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools.
  • Track visibility across AI search platforms such as ChatGPT and Gemini.
  • Prepare monthly SEO performance reports and communicate progress.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
  • Proven experience managing multiple Local SEO client accounts.
  • Strong understanding of Google Business Profile optimization.
  • Expertise in Local SEO, Google Map Pack rankings, and citation management.
  • Experience with backlink acquisition and authority building.
  • Solid technical SEO knowledge.
  • Experience with keyword research and content optimization.
  • Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and rank tracking tools.
  • Experience using SEO platforms such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).
  • Knowledge of AI search optimization and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Experience working with home service businesses (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing, etc.).
