Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring consistent and effective communication.

  • Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships by understanding client goals, challenges, and staffing needs.

  • Conduct regular check-ins to review performance, gather feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.

Client Success & Retention

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new clients.

  • Proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain a positive client experience.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of staffing solutions.

  • Drive client retention and renewal by demonstrating value and results.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track key success metrics, including client satisfaction, fulfillment rates, and service quality.

  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and insights to clients.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and coordinate with internal teams to enhance client outcomes.
