Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately track and process credit card refunds through ServiceTitan across multiple business accounts.

  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure refund actions align with business protocols.

  • Proactively identify and flag discrepancies or issues in the refund process.

  • Support administrative tasks as assigned.

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, ensuring a professional, solution-oriented approach.
  • Assist with scheduling, coordinating, and dispatching tasks to field teams when needed.

Requirements

  • Experience with ServiceTitan or a similar CRM/platform preferred.

  • Previous experience in Customer Service Representative (CSR) roles, with proven success in sales (inbound & outbound calls).

  • Dispatcher experience with task scheduling, coordination, or workflow management.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently, follow process documentation, and escalate issues as needed.

  • Availability to work during East Coast (ET) business hours.
