Key Responsibilities

Accurately track and process credit card refunds through ServiceTitan across multiple business accounts.

Communicate with internal teams to ensure refund actions align with business protocols.

Proactively identify and flag discrepancies or issues in the refund process.

Support administrative tasks as assigned.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, ensuring a professional, solution-oriented approach.

Assist with scheduling, coordinating, and dispatching tasks to field teams when needed.

Requirements

Experience with ServiceTitan or a similar CRM/platform preferred.

Previous experience in Customer Service Representative (CSR) roles, with proven success in sales (inbound & outbound calls).

Dispatcher experience with task scheduling, coordination, or workflow management.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently, follow process documentation, and escalate issues as needed.
-
Availability to work during East Coast (ET) business hours.
