Roles and Responsibilities

Ad Account Management

  • Directly manage 15 Meta ad accounts.

  • Support an additional 6 accounts managed by the team.

Ad Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive ad strategies across Facebook and Instagram.

  • Align strategies with client objectives, brand goals, and precise audience targeting.

  • Improve ad performance and customer journeys for single-service clients.

  • Lead A/B testing, budget allocation, and strategic audience segmentation.

Creative & Copy Execution

  • Collaborate with the design team to develop compelling ad creatives.

  • Write high-converting, engaging ad copy tailored to each clients goals.

  • Oversee the creation and optimization of landing pages for Meta ads.

Client Onboarding & Communication

  • Lead onboarding for new Meta Ads clients, ensuring a smooth, strategic start.

  • Work closely with account managers to align Meta Ads with broader marketing efforts.

  • Deliver regular performance reports and updates to clients.

Team Development & Leadership

  • Provide daily support, training, and mentorship to the Meta Ads team.

  • Resolve campaign-related issues and drive smooth execution.

  • Host training sessions on best practices, advanced strategies, and new tools.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Conduct daily check-ins on all ad accounts to identify optimization opportunities.

  • Deliver detailed performance reports including ROAS, engagement, and conversion metrics.

Tool & Industry Trends Evaluation

  • Stay up-to-date on Meta platform updates, ad formats, and algorithm changes.

  • Evaluate third-party tools that improve campaign functionality and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience managing Meta Ads with proven campaign success.

  • Deep expertise in audience segmentation, optimization, and performance analysis.

  • Strong command of Meta platforms, marketing tools, and analytics.

  • Exceptional leadership, organization, and communication skills.
