About the Role:

We are hiring a smart, reliable virtual assistant to manage organic social media strategy, posting, video editing, and basic engagement across key platforms. You will be supporting a demanding U.S.-based client in the mortgage and real estate space - expectations are high, so you need to be organized, communicative, and fast.

What You Will Be Doing

• Organic posting on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Editing short-form videos (clips, reels, TikToks)
• Sending friend requests, engaging via comments, and light DM handling
• Managing content calendars and coordinating posting timelines
• Keeping communication clear and proactive - no waiting around

Requirements

• Solid experience managing social content across multiple platforms
• Pro at video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, or similar tools required)
• Clear, fast communicator - both written and spoken
• Access to necessary paid tools (Canva Pro, scheduling tools, or similar tools required.)
• Able to manage a demanding client and adapt quickly without handholding
• Understands how to prioritize and move fast
