Roles and Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.

  • Build strong, long-term relationships and understand client business objectives.

  • Ensure marketing strategies are aligned with client goals.

Campaign Strategy & Planning

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies across email, SMS, and push notifications.

  • Ensure all campaigns are goal-driven and aligned with client expectations.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights.

  • Provide actionable recommendations to optimize future campaigns.

  • Regularly deliver performance reports to clients.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with creative, analytics, and strategy teams.

  • Ensure seamless alignment and execution of all campaign elements.

  • Foster internal collaboration to achieve client success.

Project & Timeline Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end campaign process.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Campaign Optimization

  • Continuously monitor campaign performance.

  • Adjust creative elements, targeting, and strategy to improve engagement, conversions, and ROI.

Client Communication & Presentations

  • Lead client meetings and strategic presentations.

  • Review performance, align on goals, and plan upcoming campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, client services, or account management

  • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and marketing projects

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels: email, SMS, push notifications

  • Proficiency in tools like Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into strategic action

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
