Performance Analysis & Reporting

Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights.

Provide actionable recommendations to optimize future campaigns.

Regularly deliver performance reports to clients.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate with creative, analytics, and strategy teams.

Ensure seamless alignment and execution of all campaign elements.

Foster internal collaboration to achieve client success.
Project & Timeline Management

Oversee the end-to-end campaign process.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Campaign Optimization

Continuously monitor campaign performance.

Adjust creative elements, targeting, and strategy to improve engagement, conversions, and ROI.
Client Communication & Presentations

Lead client meetings and strategic presentations.

Review performance, align on goals, and plan upcoming campaigns.
Qualifications
-
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

3+ years of experience in marketing, client services, or account management
-
Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and marketing projects

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels: email, SMS, push notifications

Proficiency in tools like Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace
-
Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into strategic action

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
