Role Overview:
The Operations Manager will play a critical role in managing backend operations, analyzing data, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring everything runs smoothly across departments. You must be highly organized, Excel-savvy, and capable of owning the daily flow of leasing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor day-to-day operational tasks across leasing, logistics, and support functions.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data tracking, performance analysis, and reporting.
  • Coordinate scheduling and vehicle allocation.
  • Maintain system accuracy for bookings, fleet availability, and customer records.
  • Communicate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
  • Track KPIs and suggest process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assist with hiring/training coordination and SOP documentation as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in operations or administrative roles (car rental or logistics industry is a plus).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain accountability remotely.
  • Fast learner, tech-savvy, and proactive in taking initiative.
