Marketing Communications & Transaction Management Specialist

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive virtual assistant to manage digital marketing operations, client communication, and transaction coordination for a U.S.-based real estate and investment business. This full-time, remote role requires someone comfortable with managing multiple tools and processes, ideally with a background in real estate, digital marketing, or administrative project management.
Compensation:
$400-$500/month (USD) based on experience
Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 9 AM to 5 PM CST
Must be comfortable working in Central Standard Time (CST)
Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients and leads using Calendly

Run email marketing and nurture campaigns via Constant Contact

Manage transaction and project workflows in Monday.com

Maintain and update web content through Squarespace and GoDaddy

Serve as the main communication point throughout the transaction cycle

Ensure adherence to company SOPs and timelines for marketing and sales

Generate reports and analyze marketing and transaction metrics
