As we continue to grow, were looking for a talented Account Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in delivering outstanding results for our clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Support the Account Manager in assessing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across multiple channels to ensure the best strategies and creative approaches are being used.
  • Analytics Review: Review campaign results using marketing platforms to monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to guide future improvements.
  • Marketing Management: Assist in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across channels like email, SMS, and push notifications to maximize engagement and conversion.
  • Campaign Development: Work with internal teams to design and implement campaigns for multiple clients, ensuring messaging is aligned with brand objectives and audience preferences.
  • Campaign Optimization: Partner with creative and strategy teams to refine campaigns based on performance data and market trends, improving engagement and conversion metrics.
  • Audience Segmentation: Assist in building and refining audience segments for precise targeting and better campaign performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, project management, or client-facing role. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. 
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret campaign performance data. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
