About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support operations for a growing home services and franchise-based business. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceTitan, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound calls and book appointments through ServiceTitan

  • Dispatch field technicians and optimize routing for efficiency

  • Maintain clear communication with both office staff and field technicians

  • Follow company SOPs and standardized service protocols

  • Support franchise operations with professionalism and attention to detail

Key Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with ServiceTitan, including settings and integrations

  • Experience with call handling, appointment scheduling, and dispatching

  • Understanding of U.S.-based franchise or home service operations

  • Ability to learn and follow internal SOPs and communication standards

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • High level of reliability and comfort with weekend availability

  • Comfortable participating in video interviews and onboarding
