About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support operations for a growing home services and franchise-based business. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceTitan, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound calls and book appointments through ServiceTitan

Dispatch field technicians and optimize routing for efficiency

Maintain clear communication with both office staff and field technicians

Follow company SOPs and standardized service protocols

Support franchise operations with professionalism and attention to detail
Key Qualifications:

Proficiency with ServiceTitan, including settings and integrations

Experience with call handling, appointment scheduling, and dispatching

Understanding of U.S.-based franchise or home service operations

Ability to learn and follow internal SOPs and communication standards

Strong verbal and written communication skills

High level of reliability and comfort with weekend availability
