About the Role:
We are hiring a smart, sharp copywriter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced business
environment and can manage their workload without hand-holding.
This role is focused on short-form copy for ad creatives and social content. You will work with a
U.S.-based marketing team that manages outdoor lighting and home service brands. The job is
not about long-form writing, it is about delivering clear angles, sharp hooks, and brand-aligned
messaging that gets results.
We need someone who understands U.S. consumer behavior, can work independently, and
turns rough ideas into client-ready copy - fast.
What You Will Do:
- Write ad copy for paid social creatives
- Come up with fresh, creative angles for repetitive service offers
- Script short videos (basic idea + voiceover-style copy)
- Use tools like ChatGPT for speed, but improve and tailor the output
- Coordinate with the designer and team
- Occasionally write for the internal brand (LinkedIn, IG, etc.)
Who You Are:
- 1-2 years of ad copy or social copy experience
- Knows how to write for conversions
- Can research quickly and turn boring products into exciting offers
- Comfortable using AI, but smart enough to edit and think for yourself
- Responds fast, communicates clearly, and meets deadlines
Bonus:
- Experience with U.S. home services (lighting, HVAC, roofing, etc.)
