Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Google Ads Specialist who can create, manage, optimize, and scale profitable paid advertising campaigns. Google Ads expertise is the top priority for this role. Candidates with additional Facebook Lead Generation experience will be highly preferred.
The ideal candidate understands performance marketing, conversion tracking, campaign optimization, and how to generate qualified leads while maintaining strong ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for conversions and ROAS.
- Implement and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
- Create compelling ad copy and collaborate on landing page optimization.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize results.
- Conduct A/B testing across ads, audiences, and landing pages.
- Stay updated on Google Ads platform changes and best practices.
- Support lead generation initiatives through Facebook Ads (preferred but not required).
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing and scaling Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Search, Display, Performance Max, and remarketing campaigns.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Facebook Lead Generation experience is a strong plus.
