Key Responsibilities:

Own all data entry and workflow management in ServiceTitan

Configure and maintain job types, tags, forms, reports, and user settings

Monitor job and permit notifications, ensuring timely data flow between ServiceTitan

Track permit progress and update statuses in Monday.com to keep operations aligned

Collaborate with permitting and ops teams to resolve issues and keep jobs moving

Flag inconsistencies, delays, or breakdowns in workflows before they become problems

Keep meticulous records and constantly look for areas to improve automation and efficiency
Requirements:

Proven experience as a ServiceTitan admin or advanced user (this is a must)

Deep understanding of dispatch workflows, job costing, forms, and reporting inside ServiceTitan

Familiarity with PermitHub and Monday.com, or the ability to learn quickly

Strong written and verbal English communication

High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines

Comfortable managing multiple systems at once without dropping the ball

Available to work during Eastern Time (ET) business hours
