Its about running a clean system that powers a fast-growing U.S. home service business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own all data entry and workflow management in ServiceTitan

  • Configure and maintain job types, tags, forms, reports, and user settings

  • Monitor job and permit notifications, ensuring timely data flow between ServiceTitan

  • Track permit progress and update statuses in Monday.com to keep operations aligned

  • Collaborate with permitting and ops teams to resolve issues and keep jobs moving

  • Flag inconsistencies, delays, or breakdowns in workflows before they become problems

  • Keep meticulous records and constantly look for areas to improve automation and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a ServiceTitan admin or advanced user (this is a must)

  • Deep understanding of dispatch workflows, job costing, forms, and reporting inside ServiceTitan

  • Familiarity with PermitHub and Monday.com, or the ability to learn quickly

  • Strong written and verbal English communication

  • High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines

  • Comfortable managing multiple systems at once without dropping the ball

  • Available to work during Eastern Time (ET) business hours
