Location: Karachi, Pakistan (Onsite 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday)

About the Role

We are looking for a female SOC Analyst to join our cybersecurity team and safeguard healthcare IT systems. This role is ideal for candidates with a passion for cybersecurity, strong English communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with global teams. We're seeking a detail-oriented SOC 1 Analyst to support internal control audits and ensure compliance with SOC 1 (Type I and II) reporting standards

Key Responsibilities

  • Were seeking a detail-oriented SOC 1 Analyst to support internal control audits and ensure compliance with SOC 1 (Type I and II) reporting standards. 
  • Assessing control environments, 
  • Reviewing documentation, 
  • Testing controls, 
  • Identifying gaps and assisting with audit readiness. 
  • The ideal candidate has experience with risk and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, SSAE 18), strong analytical skills, and a background in IT or financial audits.
  • Monitor and respond to cybersecurity threats within a SOC environment.

  • Protect hospital networks, medical equipment, and sensitive data.

  • Document incidents, escalate issues, and support threat response processes.

  • Implement and follow internal security protocols and awareness programs.

  • Collaborate effectively with international teams using written and spoken English.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 1-2+ years of experience in SOC operations, threat analysis, or cybersecurity.

  • Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).

  • Familiarity with incident handling, compliance, or healthcare IT is a plus.

  • Willingness to work onsite in Karachi (no remote option).

  • Female candidates only.

  • Agreement to a 90-day notice period policy with security deposit terms.
