Location: Remote - U.S. Eastern Time
Schedule: Part-Time to start (but consistent hours with growth potential/Likely business hours or flexible, but must be available to handle high volume of inbound messages/calls)
About the Role
We're hiring a Dispo Associate to support a high-volume real estate disposition and buyer operations workflow. This is a service-first, soft-close role (not aggressive sales). You'll be the warm, reliable voice that responds to inbound buyer interest from multiple channels, gathers key info, and keeps deals moving by coordinating internal next steps in systems and SOPs.

What You'll Do

Respond quickly to buyer inquiries from:

Follow Up Boss (FUB) CRM

Handle 80%+ of inbound calls & messages from prospective land or property buyers.

Maintain a customer service / soft-close tone (no hard selling).

Qualify & capture buyer details: interest level, desired property walkthroughs, cash vs. down-payment position, timeline.

Coordinate transaction next steps:

Initiate or support credit checks.

Trigger contract creation (templates/SOP guided).
-
Update CRM records (FUB) and workspace systems (Notion).

Log notes and hand off internally to sales / dispo / admin teams.

Track communications and follow SOPs so nothing slips.

Support high-volume follow-through with professionalism and consistency.
Must-Have Qualifications

Fluent English; clear, warm, customer-facing phone voice (minimal accent preferred by client).

Customer service, inbound lead handling, or client-facing communication experience.

Comfortable soft closing guiding buyers to next steps without pressure.

Detail-oriented + tech-comfortable using CRMs, shared docs, and SOP-driven workflows.

Able to work reliably during (or overlapping) U.S. Eastern business hours to manage heavy inbound volume.

Consistent internet, quiet workspace, and quick response habits.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

Experience in real estate, land sales, dispositions, or buyer outreach.

Familiarity with Follow Up Boss (FUB), Notion, and digital workflows.
