Sales Development Representative

Overview:

About the Role We are seeking compassionate and emotionally intelligent female Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our team in the addiction treatment space. This role is not just about sales, it's about connecting with individuals and families going through difficult situations and guiding them toward the right treatment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to individuals or families affected by drug addiction 
• Engage with empathy, patience, and emotional understanding.
• Build trust with callers who may be in distress or vulnerable situations 
• Present suitable and valuable treatment options based on their needs 
• Educate potential clients about rehabilitation programs and services 
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups 
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills with a clear, neutral (zero) accent 
• Confident, energetic, and quick learner.
• Ability to work independently and proactively within a small team.
• Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and care
• Consistent performer capable of maintaining productivity and quality.

Preferred Qualifications (Plus Points):

• Degree or background in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
• Experience working in healthcare, mental health, or addiction recovery services
• Understanding of addiction behaviors and patient psychology
