Job Title: Business Development Representative (Replacement)

Remote | EST hours 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound call, text and email to onboard prospective B2B referral partners and new potential B2C customers for window replacement projects (Incentives will be paid for success in setting appointments and successful closed sales)
  • Account management of existing referral partners. 
  • Nurture referral partner relationships to generate additional referral appointments and closed sales
  • Manage referral program software and log new referral partners and track referral metrics. 
  • Secondary to appointment confirmation calls. Lead quality control: confirm homeowner decision-makers, interest level, and availability. Lead in scheduling appointments through B2B referral partners.
  • Coordinate and utilize CRM system (Salesforce) for all incoming sales leads and
    appointments.
  • Coordinate with Marketing Coordinator to manage referral partnerships 
  • Secondarily, manage daily coordination and confirmation of appointments for Sales Managers and Reps (back end role)

Qualifications:

  • Experience with calling customers or account management is a strong plus
  • Outbound call center experience is a plus
