Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Outbound Outreach: Execute cold email campaigns and conduct cold calls to generate leads.
  2. B2B Digital Outreach: Send cold outreach emails, texts, and LinkedIn messages using approved templates; manage Hatch and Dripify campaigns; book intro meetings and find opportunities for Sales Rep to sell.
  3. Software Platform Lead Finding: Regularly search our software platforms including PlanHub and Construction Wire for commercial and residential leads, outreach to the leads via cold call or message, and qualify them before assigning to Sales Rep to sell.
  4. Prospecting & List Building: Build prospect lists through Apollo and Google researching builders, remodelers, GCs, architects in Connecticut & New York and add them to Salesforce for tracking. Outreach digitally or via cold calling to qualify prospects.
  5. Lead Qualification & Meeting Scheduling: Conduct initial qualification via phone calls or digital outreach by confirming project type, timeline, and decision-maker details via email or messaging. Book intro calls or showroom appointments for the Sales Reps.
  6. Salesforce Data Management: Utilize Salesforce as your single source of truth, tracking leads and managing data. Update Salesforce with clean lead data, opportunity notes, and campaign outcomes; ensure all leads, outreach, and campaign activity is tracked accurately in Salesforce. Verify company info, emails, phone numbers, websites, and key project details for new prospects in Salesforce.
  7. PlanHub & Construction Monitor Lead Finding: Regularly search PlanHub and Construction Wire for commercial and residential leads, qualify those leads, conduct outreach to qualify the lead, and assign to reps for quoting. 
  8. Monthly Newsletter: Collaborate with management and marketing coordinator to organize a monthly newsletter to go out to all customers with relevant company and overall market insights with CTAs to generate repeat opportunities.
  9. [Bonus] Competitive Pricing Log: Manage central repository of competitive quotes received by reps and log them in a centralized pricing database to understand market pricing.
  10. [Bonus] Reporting & Scorecards: Run internal reports including weekly past due opportunities, weekly activity report, weekly bookings report, weekly scorecard, monthly open opportunities by rep, quarterly rep scorecards, lost-reason summaries, etc.
