About the Role

Were seeking a driven and persuasive Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this role, youll be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact through cold calls and other outreach methods, and helping close deals that contribute to the companys growth. The ideal candidate is confident, results-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and other lead-generation activities.

• Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and present staffing or service solutions accordingly.

• Nurture leads through the sales pipeline and assist in closing deals alongside senior management.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

• Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment, HR, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless client experience.

• Maintain and update CRM records with accurate client and prospect data.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.

• Stay informed on market trends, competition, and industry developments.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

• 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or cold calling (experience in the staffing/recruitment industry is a plus).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.

• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Workspace, and MS Office Suite.
