Job Title: GHL (Go High Level) CRM Specialist / Sales Admin
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled GHL (Go High Level) expert to take ownership of our CRM systems across multiple markets. This role will be responsible for structuring, optimizing, and scaling our GHL platform to improve lead management, automation, and overall sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Standardize GHL setup across all locations including pipelines, tags, workflows, and opportunities
Build, manage, and optimize automations such as lead follow-ups, nurture sequences, missed call text-back, and reactivation campaigns
Clean up and organize existing CRM accounts by eliminating inconsistencies and duplicate processes
Create and maintain reporting dashboards to provide clear visibility to leadership
Improve lead tracking, attribution, and conversion processes
Integrate GHL with other tools and systems as required
Document processes and develop SOPs for internal team use
Train team members on proper GHL usage and ensure adoption across departments
Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, performance, and scalability
Requirements:
Proven experience working with Go High Level (GHL) CRM
Strong understanding of CRM structures, automations, and sales pipelines
Experience in building workflows, campaigns, and reporting dashboards
Ability to analyze data and improve conversion processes
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to train teams
Experience with integrations and third-party tools is a plus
Preferred:
Background in sales operations, marketing automation, or CRM management
Experience working with multi-location or multi-market setups
