Roles and Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Assist in identifying client business goals and objectives, and work with internal teams to develop strategies that align with those goals.
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Coordinators to help develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and other digital channels.
- Support the team in ensuring all campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Regularly track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, offering insights to improve ongoing efforts and maximize ROI.
- Assist in the preparation of client-facing reports, ensuring transparency and clarity in performance discussions.
Cross-Functional Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with creative, strategy, analytics, and production teams to ensure all aspects of client campaigns are aligned and optimized.
- Help coordinate internal processes to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of campaign elements.
- Manage daily project tasks, making sure all marketing materials are delivered on time and meet our quality standards, while using AI tools to improve how we do things and come up with new ideas.
Project & Timeline Management:
- Manage day-to-day project tasks, ensuring all marketing materials are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Assist Account Managers in managing the overall project timeline, helping to resolve bottlenecks and ensure campaigns stay on track.
Campaign Optimization & Client Feedback:
- Support Account Managers in continuous optimization of ongoing campaigns by collaborating with the team to adjust strategies, creative, and targeting based on data insights.
- Lead feedback sessions with clients to discuss results, refine strategies, and identify new opportunities for growth.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis to help develop new strategies and campaign ideas for clients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing to ensure that client campaigns are utilizing cutting-edge tactics and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a marketing, project management, or client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including email, SMS, and push notifications.
- Experience with marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and Shopify (analytics & management).
- Proficient in project management tools like Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both clients and internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive problem solver with a focus on delivering results.
