About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to assist our sales team with administrative coordination, customer communications, and lead management. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and has excellent communication skills in English.
Top Priorities for This Role:
- Exceptional English communication skills, fluent spoken English with minimal to no accent and strong writing skills for professional email and text correspondence.
- Experience in customer calling or account management, background in communicating directly with customers is a strong advantage.
- Administrative support and responsiveness ability to manage tasks, coordinate with teams, and stay ahead of scheduling and communication needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make appointment confirmation calls to verify lead quality, homeowner interest, availability, and decision-maker presence.
- Communicate professionally with leads and customers via email and text to support the scheduling and sales process.
- Use CRM software (Salesforce) to manage and track all sales leads, appointments, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with Brand Ambassadors to input showroom walk-ins, phone inquiries, and web leads into the CRM system.
- Provide calendar and scheduling support for sales representatives, including sending reminders, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Manage daily appointment coordination and backend support for sales managers and reps.
- Monitor and review online reputation through platforms like Google, Houzz, Yelp, and Facebook; escalate any issues appropriately.
- Conduct post-appointment follow-ups to keep leads engaged and move them further along the sales pipeline.
- Assist in generating reports and tracking appointment success rates, lead source effectiveness, and other key metrics.
