Position Overview:

We are hiring a confident and persuasive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join Bravo Global Staffing. This role is focused on outbound calling to business leads, setting qualified appointments for field or sales representatives, and driving measurable results quickly.

Work hours: 40 hours/week, EST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls 
  • Introduce services/products clearly and professionally
  • Handle objections confidently without being aggressive
  • Follow up with previously contacted prospects when required
  • Maintain accurate daily call logs and appointment tracking (spreadsheet or CRM-based)
  • Track call outcomes and productivity metrics consistently
  • Provide simple daily/weekly reporting on calls and appointments set
  • Meet agreed daily and weekly performance benchmarks

Requirements:

  • Strong appointment-setting conversion
  • Quick ramp-up period with visible productivity
  • 1–2+ years of proven appointment-setting experience
  • Professional, customer-friendly tone (not pushy or aggressive)
  • Strong objection-handling skills
  • High consistency and self-discipline
  • Comfortable working with performance metrics
