Position Overview

The Sales Admin is responsible for confirming and qualifying in-home window and door consultation appointments with homeowners. This role ensures appointments are verified, properly documented, and optimized to support a high-performing sales calendar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call homeowners to confirm scheduled in-home consultation appointments.
  • Follow a structured confirmation script to verify appointment details, including project scope, homeowner availability, and decision-maker attendance.
  • Confirm appointments promptly after booking and complete final confirmations prior to scheduled appointments.
  • Contact homeowners to reschedule cancellations and recover missed or unconfirmed appointments.
  • Identify opportunities to move appointments into earlier openings on the calendar.
  • Update appointment notes and confirmation status within Salesforce.
  • Support outbound email and text communication campaigns for the sales team using platforms such as Hatch.

Qualifications

  • Strong English fluency (written and spoken) — this is the most important requirement for the role.
  • 1–3 years of outbound calling, appointment setting, or customer service experience.
  • Comfortable following scripts and documenting activity accurately.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred.
