About the Role:
Were looking for a Creative Designer who blends design expertise with an understanding of marketing psychology and ad performance. This role is ideal for someone who loves crafting visuals that convert from scroll-stopping social ads to short-form video edits and can think both creatively and strategically. You'll collaborate with the Ads Team to conceptualize, design, and deliver high-performing creatives across Meta, Google, and other ad platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute ad creatives (static, carousel, video, UGC-style) based on campaign strategy and audience insights.
- Use psychology-driven design principles to create visuals that engage, persuade, and convert.
- Edit videos for ad campaigns using CapCut or Premiere Pro, including cutting, pacing, captions, and transitions optimized for social platforms.
- Create and refine static designs using Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva Collaborate with media buyers and the ads director to brainstorm creative angles and visual concepts.
- Maintain organized creative files and ensure naming conventions are followed for ad assets. Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Sora, Veo 3) for idea generation, image creation, and video concepts.
- Stay on top of creative trends, ad performance data, and emerging AI design tools.
- Participate in creative reviews and share fresh ideas to improve engagement and performance.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in creative design for advertising, digital marketing, or social media.
- Strong understanding of Facebook & social media ad formats and what drives clicks and conversions.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and CapCut/Premiere Pro Working knowledge of AI tools for image and video generation (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini,Sora, Veo 3).
- Strong conceptual thinker with a good eye for layout, typography, and color.
- Ability to translate campaign briefs into compelling visual stories.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- A creative, curious, and artist personality who enjoys experimenting and pushing boundaries.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in motion graphics or animation.
- Familiarity with ad performance metrics and A/B creative testing.
- Understanding of creative storytelling and hooks for paid social.
