Dispatcher

Location: Remote (EST Hours)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST

Job Overview

We are hiring a Dispatchers/Job Reviewers to support daily operations by reviewing completed technician jobs and ensuring accuracy before final close-out. This role involves handling high job volume (approximately 400 jobs per day) while maintaining strict quality standards.

The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Experience with ServiceTitan or similar job management software is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review completed jobs from the previous day for accuracy and completeness
• Identify and correct discrepancies in documentation, notes, and reporting
• Process and finalize technician work orders
• Coordinate with technicians and internal teams to resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records within the job management system

Requirements

• Experience in dispatching, scheduling, job reviewing, or a related operational role
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment
• Ability to manage high-volume workload efficiently
• Proficiency in CRM or job management software (ServiceTitan preferred)
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Power backup and fully functional laptop/PC

Preferred Background

• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other service-based industries

Note: Candidates must have a strong internet backup and a fully functional laptop/PC with minimum two monitors for workflow efficiency and to be considered for this role
