About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Manager (Appointment Setter / Cold Caller) to join our real estate wholesale team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold calling leads, setting appointments with qualified prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline through effective lead management and reporting.
This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to engage prospects professionally while working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Cold call potential leads to generate interest and qualify prospects.

Set and confirm appointments for the sales team with interested prospects.

Manage and track lead follow-up in the CRM system.

Support the sales pipeline with timely updates and accurate reporting.

Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth handoff of leads.

Maintain consistent productivity and meet daily/weekly calling targets.
Requirements

Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting.

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and appointments efficiently.

Basic knowledge of CRM systems (real estate/wholesale CRM experience is a plus).

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under EST hours.
