Overview

We are seeking a proactive Administrative & Marketing Support Specialist who can seamlessly blend administrative support, marketing content creation, and outbound client communication. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident in handling both behind-the-scenes tasks and direct client-facing conversations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, emails, proposals, contracts, and documentation.

  • Organize inspection reports, invoices, and project files.

  • Create and edit marketing content such as brochures, emails, and social media posts.

  • Conduct outbound calls to insurance firms, attorneys, and property managers.

  • Track leads, maintain accurate CRM records, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in administrative support and marketing/copywriting.

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).

  • Confidence in outbound calling and client-facing conversations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.

  • Experience with CRM systems (specific platform will be confirmed).

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently without constant supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Mailchimp and Canva.

  • Background in professional services copywriting.

  • Experience supporting insurance, legal, or property management industries is a plus.
