Overview
We are seeking a proactive Administrative & Marketing Support Specialist who can seamlessly blend administrative support, marketing content creation, and outbound client communication. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident in handling both behind-the-scenes tasks and direct client-facing conversations.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, emails, proposals, contracts, and documentation.

Organize inspection reports, invoices, and project files.

Create and edit marketing content such as brochures, emails, and social media posts.

Conduct outbound calls to insurance firms, attorneys, and property managers.

Track leads, maintain accurate CRM records, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in administrative support and marketing/copywriting.

Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).

Confidence in outbound calling and client-facing conversations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.

Experience with CRM systems (specific platform will be confirmed).

Ability to manage multiple tasks independently without constant supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
