Currently, we are looking for Country Manager for full-time employment with our client, a fast-growing and ambitious iGaming company. 

As a Country Manager, you will act as the primary owner of our B2C operations in Bolivia, Chile or Argentina, taking full responsibility for market performance, growth, and strategic development.

This role requires deep, hands-on knowledge of the local market — you will not only execute strategy but also shape it based on real market dynamics. You will bridge global vision with local execution, driving partnerships, revenue growth, and P&L performance.

Key Responsibilities

Market Strategy & P&L Ownership

  • Define and execute a market-specific strategy for Bolivia or Argentina, aligned with global objectives
  • Own and drive P&L performance, revenue growth, and market expansion
  • Identify and unlock new growth opportunities based on local expertise

Strategic Partnerships

  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with local affiliates, payment providers, and key market stakeholders
  • Lead and support negotiations with regional partners

Growth & Retention

  • Work closely with global marketing and CRM teams to localize campaigns, promotions, and bonus structures
  • Ensure strong user acquisition, engagement, and retention adapted to local audience behavior

Market Intelligence & Local Insights

  • Leverage deep understanding of the local iGaming ecosystem, competitors, and customer behavior
  • Monitor and adapt to regulatory changes and legal nuances
  • Translate local insights into actionable strategies for global teams

Product Localization

  • Drive product adaptation based on local user preferences and expectations
  • Partner with Product and QA teams to ensure a seamless and competitive user experience in the region

Qualifications

Industry Expertise

  • Proven leadership experience in a B2C iGaming environment (casino and/or sportsbook)

Market Expertise (MUST HAVE)

  • Strong, hands-on knowledge of the Bolivian or Argentinian market
  • Clear understanding of local user behavior , payment landscape, and key market players
  • Existing network of local partners (affiliates, PSPs, etc.) is a strong advantage

Communication

  • Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English

Leadership & Ownership

  • Strong ability to operate independently in a remote setup while aligning with a global HQ
  • High level of ownership, decision-making, and accountability for business results
