Currently, we are looking for an ambitious Full Stack Developer to join our team in our beautiful office in Athens. The role contributes to delivering high-quality product features, ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features across backend and frontend layers.
• Build and enhance internal admin tools, reporting interfaces, and partner-facing functionality.
• Develop and maintain backend logic using PHP within an MVC-style architecture.
• Work with MySQL databases, including schema design, queries, and data modelling for business workflows and reporting.
• Implement user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and existing frontend libraries (e.g., jQuery).
• Support system integrations and module implementations across the platform.
• Maintain and improve scheduled jobs, automation flows, and internal tooling.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and production issues across application, UI, and database layers.
• Contribute to development workflows using Git and Docker.

Required skills:

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack web development.

• Strong professional experience with PHP in production environments.
• Solid experience with MySQL or similar relational databases.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.

• Experience working with server-rendered applications and back-office/admin systems.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across frontend, backend, and database layers.
• Familiarity with Git-based development workflows.
• Ability to work effectively within an existing legacy codebase and improve it incrementally.

Would be a plus:

• Experience with Kohana or other legacy PHP frameworks.

• Experience with Docker-based local development environments.

• Familiarity with cron jobs, task automation, reporting systems, or monitoring dashboards.
• Experience in affiliate, marketing, iGaming, or other operationally complex platforms.
• Exposure to permissions systems, payout flows, notifications, or multi-project environments.
