ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll own end-to-end recruitment delivery — sourcing, managing clients, and closing placements across Sales, GTM, and Marketing functions in the US SaaS market.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

✔ Source and build pipelines of SaaS Sales & GTM talent across the US market
✔ Lead client intake calls and advise on hiring strategy and market conditions
✔ Own the full placement cycle — screening, interview prep, offers, and close
✔ Hit a 60% first-round and 30% mid-round interview rate
✔ Keep your pipeline accurate and moving — everything else is handled


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

✔ 3–6 years' agency recruitment experience
✔ Proven background placing Sales, GTM, or Marketing roles in SaaS
✔ Strong understanding of SaaS GTM motions and commercial org structures
✔ Experience recruiting for US markets
✔ Comfortable with CRM/GTM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
✔ Available for night shift — 12:00 MN or 1:00 AM PHT start

Nice to have: Paraform experience or startup/scale-up hiring background

⏰ Night shift aligned to US & AU business hours
⏰ Typical start: 12:00 MN or 1:00 AM PHT
⏰ Some schedule flexibility available depending on team coverage
