We’re partnering with a fast-growing online meals business to hire a Category Commercial Manager into a newly created role.

This role sits across category management, commercial trading, and growth execution, with ownership of a ready-to-heat and single-serve product portfolio across both retail and subscription channels.

You’re not supporting the category.

You’re responsible for how it performs.

That means shaping the range, managing pricing and promotions, and driving growth across multiple channels.

What you’ll be focused on:

• Owning category performance across ready-to-heat and top-up products

• Building and refining the range based on what’s working and what’s not

• Managing pricing, promotions, and margin outcomes

• Aligning demand with supply and operations

• Driving growth across online, subscription, and retail

• Exploring new revenue streams such as B2B and NDIS

• Working cross-functionally with procurement, culinary, and digital teams

• Using data and insights to continuously improve performance

We’re looking for someone who:

Is commercially sharp, comfortable making decisions, and accountable for outcomes in a fast-moving environment.

You’ll likely come from:

• Category, buying, or commercial roles

• FMCG, grocery, food, retail, or e-commerce environments

And bring:

• Strong commercial acumen across pricing, margin, and product performance

• A data-led approach to decision making

• The ability to influence across multiple teams

Experience in ready meals, meal kits, chilled food, or subscription models is advantageous, but not essential.

This is a genuine opportunity to step into a broader commercial role where you can shape how a category grows, not just manage it.
