Our client is a well-established national retail business with a strong presence across a multi-site network.

They are continuing to invest in their People & Culture capability and are seeking an HR Business Partner to support a large and complex Victorian operation.

Role Overview

This is a true operational business partnering role supporting Regional Managers and their leadership teams across a multi-site environment.

You will be embedded in the business, working closely with operational leaders to:

• Provide real-time HR support

• Influence outcomes through strong relationships

• Deliver practical, commercially aligned people solutions

The role is hands-on and fast-paced, requiring strong judgement and the ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Regional Managers and operational leaders across the network

• Manage employee relations and casework end-to-end

• Coach leaders on performance, engagement and people challenges

• Support change initiatives and business projects

• Provide pragmatic HR advice aligned to business needs

• Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders

• Drive consistency while adapting to different operational environments

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a multi-site or operational environment

• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability

• Comfortable working directly with senior operational leaders

• Hands-on, solutions-focused and commercially aware

• Confident managing employee relations and complex people matters

• Able to thrive in fast-paced, less structured environments
