AOS - Hybrid Recruitment Research & Outreach Coordinator
Job Description:
Were looking for a detail-driven Research & Outreach Coordinator to support the growth of an international recruitment industry community and related business initiatives.
This role will initially focus on building a high-quality database of recruitment agency leaders across Australia and New Zealand, before expanding into outreach campaigns, marketing support, and engagement initiatives.
If you enjoy research, structured processes, data organisation and professional communication, this is a great opportunity to grow into a long-term role supporting marketing, outreach and industry engagement.
What Youll Be Doing
- Research & Database Development
- Research recruitment agencies across Australia and New Zealand
- Identify agency owners and senior leadership (Founder, Owner, MD, CEO)
- Build and maintain a structured database of industry contacts
- Capture key details including name, company, email, LinkedIn and phone where available
Database & CRM Management
- Clean and verify existing contact databases
- Confirm individuals are currently working within recruitment agencies
- Classify companies by size (small, medium, large)
- Maintain organised records in spreadsheets or CRM systems
- Continuously expand and update the database
Outreach & Campaign Support
- Manage email outreach campaigns to recruitment agency leaders
- Maintain segmented contact lists for targeted campaigns
- Send marketing communications and industry updates
- Monitor engagement and responses
- Coordinate follow-up communication where appropriate
Marketing & Lead Generation Support
- Assist in identifying new recruitment agencies and industry leaders
- Support targeted lead generation initiatives
- Help build outreach lists for campaigns and marketing initiatives
- Maintain organised campaign records and reporting
Skills & Experience
Were looking for someone with:
- Strong internet research and information verification skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets or Excel)
- Experience researching professionals on LinkedIn
- Ability to manage structured data and processes
- Strong written English communication skills
Preferred but not essential:
- Experience in lead generation or database building
- Experience managing outreach or email marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Experience supporting recruitment, professional services or B2B businesses
- Experience using tools such as Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Schedule: Full-time, aligned with Australian business hours
