They are currently investing in developing future leadership capability and are seeking an emerging leader to step into a QLD Area Manager role focused on corporate stores.

Role Overview

This is a multi-site leadership role responsible for supporting a portfolio of corporate stores across Queensland.

Designed as a development step into regional leadership, this role focuses on operational execution, team development, and building consistency across stores, while progressively developing broader commercial and leadership capability.

You will work closely with store teams to improve performance, strengthen capability, and ensure alignment to brand standards and expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance across a portfolio of corporate stores
• Support Store Managers in delivering strong customer and commercial outcomes
• Drive consistency in brand standards, execution, and service delivery
• Coach and develop store teams to build capability and engagement
• Monitor store performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Support recruitment, development, and succession planning initiatives
• Contribute to improved sales and financial outcomes across the region
• Conduct regular store visits and provide hands-on operational support

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Store Manager within a retail environment
• Exposure to multi-site operations (or readiness to step into this)
• Strong operational leadership and execution capability
• Passion for developing people and building high-performing teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously
