Responsibilities:

· Forecast hiring needs, particularly at peak seasons.

· Calculate and report on employee turnover rates (monthly, quarterly and annually).

· Plan attractive compensation and benefits packages to increase retention.

· Track key recruiting metrics like cost-per-hire and source of hire.

· Manage payroll considering overtime, flexible schedules and seasonal employment.

· Train team leaders on performance evaluation techniques.

· Maintain physical and digital employee records.

· Carrying out the entire recruitment process from beginning diligently.

· Crafting job requirements and descriptions for all positions in the retail department.

· Creating and posting job ads on various platforms to attract qualified and skilled candidates.

· Conducting orientation, training and development programs for new hires.

· Managing employee records and payroll data of all retail staff and coordinating with Store Manager and other HR professionals.

· Ensuring all policies and procedures are being followed by the employees.

· Evaluating the performance of retail staff and providing the necessary feedback.

· Researching about the new trends and advancements in the human resources field.

Requirements:

· Proven 3 to 5 years of experience working as a Retail HR or a similar role in the Retail Department.

· Hands-on experience with sourcing and evaluating candidates for various seniority levels.

· Good understanding of labour legislation including regulations about flexible types of employment.

· Knowledge of payroll systems and HR databases.

· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.\

· MBA in Human Resources.

· CTC offered 1,80,000 to 3,00,000 lpa.

Salary Package : 1,80,000  to 3,00,000
