As a Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in nurturing long-term client relationships, working closely with HR leaders to ensure program success, retention, and sustainable account growth.

Job Summary

Bridge is looking for a Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic client relationships with HR Directors and senior HR leaders at multinational and regional companies operating in Latin America.

This is a relationship-driven, consultative role focused on client success, retention, and expansion.

What You'll Do

  • Manage strategic accounts and serve as the main point of contact for HR leaders.
  • Ensure program success by monitoring training performance and learner outcomes.
  • Drive retention and growth through renewals and expansion opportunities.
  • Lead quarterly or semi-annual business reviews.
  • Coordinate internally with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Advocate for clients and ensure timely resolution of issues.

  • Consistent delivery of high-quality business reviews
  • Clear documentation of account health in CRM systems

Who You Are

  • 3+ years in Account Management or Customer Success roles
  • Experience in EdTech, SaaS, Language Training, or the Education industry preferred
  • University degree required
  • High level of Spanish proficiency (written and spoken)
  • English fluency at B1 level or higher
  • Strong relationship-building and strategic mindset

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing LATAM regional accounts
  • Familiarity with corporate learning and HR environments
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
