Job Purpose

To ensure effective in-store execution of cosmetic, skincare, and haircare products by maintaining optimal product visibility, availability, and presentation in line with brand standards, ultimately driving sales and enhancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange and replenish products on shelves, stands, and displays according to planograms.

  • Ensure products are well-organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.

  • Set up promotional displays, testers, and point-of-sale materials.

  • Monitor stock levels in-store and backroom; ensure timely replenishment.

  • Track fast-moving and slow-moving items and report stock-outs.

  • Check product expiry dates and remove damaged or expired items.

  • Engage customers by providing basic product information and guidance.

  • Support in upselling and cross-selling skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products.

  • Ensure all displays meet brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards.

  • Maintain consistency in product placement and promotional messaging.

  • Submit daily/weekly reports on stock levels, sales trends, and merchandising activities.

  • Build and maintain good relationships with store managers and staff.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, or beauty retail merchandising is an added advantage.

  • Basic understanding of skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products.

Working Conditions

  • Field-based role requiring travel between retail outlets.

  • Involve weekend or holiday work depending on retail schedules.

  • Standing for extended periods and light lifting of stock.
