Supply Chain Analyst – Electrical (Remote)

Are you an Electrical or Mechanical Engineer with experience in procurement and supplier sourcing? Join a fast-growing UK-based electrical distribution company and play a key role in sourcing electrical products, negotiating with suppliers, and supporting a dynamic supply chain operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and onboard local and international suppliers of electrical products.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative sourcing options.
• Manage procurement activities and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product availability.
• Prepare sourcing and supplier performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain within the electrical, engineering, or utilities sector.
• Strong understanding of electrical products such as LV/HV cables, jointing kits, ducting, tools, and related materials.
• Experience negotiating with suppliers and managing procurement processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with international suppliers is an added advantage.
