Head of Strategic Finance an

I'm partnering with a venture-backed, technology-driven organization operating at the intersection of data and healthcare innovation that is hiring a Head of Strategic Finance & FP&A to help scale its next phase of growth.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a finance professional who combines strong analytical rigor with startup execution experience. The role will serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, helping shape financial planning, operational strategy, and long-term growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings early experience from a rigorous financial environment (investment banking, private equity, or strategy consulting) along with hands-on ownership building finance infrastructure inside a scaling technology company.

What Youll Do

• Own and evolve company-wide financial planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling

• Lead cross-functional budgeting and performance planning processes

• Build KPI frameworks and operational reporting to guide executive decision-making

• Support leadership with investor communications and strategic reporting

• Analyze business performance and unit economics to inform expansion initiatives

• Partner closely with senior leadership on growth strategy and execution

What Were Looking For

• 6+ years of progressive experience across high-performance finance environments and in-house strategic finance or FP&A

• Background in investment banking, private equity, or transaction-focused consulting strongly preferred

• Experience supporting finance operations within a high-growth technology company

• Strong financial modeling skills, including building operating models from the ground up

• Experience delivering insights to executive leadership or external stakeholders

• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with high ownership

Experience supporting regulated or complex operational industries is a plus.
