Nurse Manager

We are actively looking to hire an experienced Nurse Manager ASAP to lead a fast-paced neuroscience unit. This role is moving quickly, and we are prioritizing candidates who are ready to make an immediate impact.

What You'll Do:
Lead and support nursing staff in a high-acuity environment
Ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care
Oversee staffing, workflow, and daily operations
Monitor performance, patient outcomes, and satisfaction
Drive best practices using evidence-based care

What We're Looking For:
Active RN license (Maryland or eligible)
BSN required (Master's preferred)
3+ years of Nurse Manager experience (hospital setting)
3+ years of Neuro or Telemetry experience
BLS required | ACLS preferred
NIHSS certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
