Bilingual Marketing Specialist (LatAm)

CatalyzeX is seeking a Remote Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a wide range of marketing tasks with professionalism, creativity, and initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and publish content across social media platforms
• Update and maintain the company website as needed
• Draft blog posts and articles for review and publication
• Monitor engagement metrics and identify opportunities to strengthen online visibility
• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute effective marketing strategies
• Assist in developing content calendars and ensuring brand consistency across platforms

Top Skills Needed:

• Digital Marketing & Content Creation: Social media management, blogging, and online content development
• Bilingual Communication: Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency strongly preferred
• Website Management: Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
• SEO & Analytics: Ability to optimize content and track performance metrics

• Comfortable working in a professional environment
