What You'll Do
As a Health & Wellness VA Specialist, you will:
- Assist customers with wellness and supplement products via calls, emails, and chat.
- Provide product guidance, process orders, track shipments, and handle returns or exchanges.
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns, offering solutions that enhance the overall experience.
- Maintain accurate records and stay informed on product offerings, promotions, and policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Who You Are
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have at least 5 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in e-commerce, wellness, or supplement products.
- Experience with supplements or health-related products is a strong plus, but a healthcare background is not required.
- Are skilled in platforms like Zendesk, Gorgias, Shopify, Recharge, or similar tools.
- Have excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, with clarity, precision, and professionalism.
- Are proactive, solution-oriented, and able to thrive in a remote, dynamic environment.
- Bring a friendly, empathetic approach while handling customer inquiries professionally.
Technical Requirements
- High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps or fiber connection)
- Noise-canceling headset
- Fast computer
- Power and internet backup required
Rates and Expectations
- Work Setup: Remote
- Full-Time Role
- Rate: $5 per hour plus monthly retention bonus
- Channel Support: Primarily Phone, with Email or Chat as needed
- Time zone: Eastern or Pacific
