What You'll Do

As a Health & Wellness VA Specialist, you will:

• Assist customers with wellness and supplement products via calls, emails, and chat.
• Provide product guidance, process orders, track shipments, and handle returns or exchanges.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns, offering solutions that enhance the overall experience.
• Maintain accurate records and stay informed on product offerings, promotions, and policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Who You Are

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have at least 5 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in e-commerce, wellness, or supplement products.
• Experience with supplements or health-related products is a strong plus, but a healthcare background is not required.
• Are skilled in platforms like Zendesk, Gorgias, Shopify, Recharge, or similar tools.
• Have excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, with clarity, precision, and professionalism.
• Are proactive, solution-oriented, and able to thrive in a remote, dynamic environment.
• Bring a friendly, empathetic approach while handling customer inquiries professionally.

Technical Requirements

• High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps or fiber connection)
• Noise-canceling headset
• Fast computer
• Power and internet backup required

Rates and Expectations

• Work Setup: Remote
• Full-Time Role
• Rate: $5 per hour plus monthly retention bonus
• Channel Support: Primarily Phone, with Email or Chat as needed
• Time zone: Eastern or Pacific
