You are a dedicated and proactive Business Operations Manager VA with a proven track record of working closely with CEOs and business owners of small to medium-sized businesses. You have extensive experience managing business operations on behalf of clients, optimizing processes, and supporting various administrative tasks. Your excellent organizational and communication skills enable you to ensure smooth and efficient business functions.

What Youll Do

As a Business Operations Manager Virtual Assistant, you will oversee and manage day-to-day business operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will develop, implement, and optimize operational processes, constantly seeking ways to improve and streamline our workflows.

Operations Management:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day business operations.

  • Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure goals are met.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for CEOs/business owners.
  • Prepare and create correspondence and reports.

  • Update spreadsheets and databases ensuring data accuracy.

Project Management:

  • Coordinate and manage projects from start to finish.

  • Track progress and ensure timely delivery.

Client Relations:

  • Maintain positive relationships with clients.

  • Address inquiries and concerns promptly.

Process Optimization:

  • Create and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) and playbooks.

  • Leverage tools like Notion, ClickUp, and CRMs to streamline processes.

Technical Requirements


Internet connection: High-speed internet required — minimum 20 Mbps or fiber connection
Computer / laptop: Employees must use a genuine, supported business laptop with built-in hardware security and full-disk encryption enabled. Unsupported, modified, bypass-installed, rooted, or jailbroken operating systems are not permitted.
- Windows: Windows 11 (preferably Windows 11 Pro), 2021 model or newer, with TPM 2.0 enabled and BitLocker / Windows Device Encryption turned on
- Mac: Apple MacBook / Mac, 2020 model or newer, preferably Apple Silicon M1 or newer, running a supported macOS version with FileVault enabled
- RAM: Minimum 8 GB (16 GB preferred)

Rates and Expectations

Work Setup: Remote
Schedule: Full-Time
Rate: 50000PHP - 63000PHP Monthly depending on Account assignment
Timezone: US Time zones
