What You'll Do
As an Automation Specialist, you will work closely with the Head of Implementation to design, implement, and optimize high-impact automations that drive efficiency, improve visibility, and elevate performance across internal and client environments. Your core responsibilities will include:

Build and maintain internal automations across platforms such as Slack Workflows, HubSpot, Zapier, Google Sheets, Google Admin, and other productivity tools to streamline and scale operations.

Develop and refine customer-specific automation workflows that improve support quality, operational consistency, and overall efficiency.

Leverage APIs, webhooks, and integration frameworks to connect systems and create intelligent, automated data flows.

Support and scale automations within our proprietary legal platform, enabling structured, repeatable, and highly scalable workflows.

Map, document, and refine automation logic, handoffs, and ownership boundaries to strengthen cross-functional clarity and operational cohesion.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate business needs into robust automated solutions that support ongoing growth and evolving client requirements.
Who You Are
You're a technically minded, process-driven problem solver who enjoys automating workflows and eliminating inefficiencies. Ideally, you are:

Experienced with automation and integration tools such as HubSpot, Zapier, Slack Workflows, Google Workspace, and API/webhook-based integrations.

Comfortable navigating multiple systems and designing clean, scalable automation solutions.

Savvy with AI tools and enthusiastic about leveraging AI to enhance workflows, streamline operations, and unlock new automation opportunities.

Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive about identifying improvements in complex workflows.

A strong communicator who can collaborate across teams and translate technical concepts into clear execution plans.

Excited by the opportunity to help shape the automation foundation of an AI-specialized BPO during a high-growth phase.
Technical Requirements
Internet connection: High-speed internet required — minimum 20 Mbps or fiber connection.
Computer / laptop: Employees must use a genuine, supported business laptop with built-in hardware security and full-disk encryption enabled. Unsupported, modified, bypass-installed, rooted, or jailbroken operating systems are not permitted.
- Windows: Windows 11 (preferably Windows 11 Pro), 2021 model or newer, with TPM 2.0 enabled and BitLocker / Windows Device Encryption turned on.
- Mac: Apple MacBook / Mac, 2020 model or newer, preferably Apple Silicon M1 or newer, running a supported macOS version with FileVault enabled.
- RAM: Minimum 8 GB (16 GB preferred)
