Job Openings Recruitment & Social Media Associate

About the job Recruitment & Social Media Associate

We're hiring ASAP for this role.

Who We Are

CatalyzeX is a fast-growing BPO that connects skilled talent with clients across e-commerce, healthcare, legal, and software. We move fast, hire smart, and care about building strong teams; both for our clients and for ourselves.

Who You Are

You live at the intersection of people and content. You know how to spot good talent in a screening call, and you also know how to make a hiring post stop someone mid-scroll. You're organized, self-driven, and comfortable owning a process end to end. You're equally happy editing a reel and running a candidate interview, and you don't need hand-holding to switch between the two.

What You'll Do

Recruitment:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across active client accounts
  • Run initial screening calls and structured interviews
  • Maintain clean, up-to-date candidate notes and pipelines
  • Coordinate scheduling between candidates and hiring teams
  • Keep candidate communication warm, clear, and timely

Social Media:

  • Own recruitment-focused social media from idea to posting
  • Create and edit content (graphics, short-form video, captions) that builds traction and attracts candidates
  • Plan and manage a posting calendar across platforms
  • Grow employer brand presence and engagement
  • Track what's working and adjust based on reach, applications, and engagement

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a staffing agency, BPO, RPO, or remote hiring environment
  • Excellent attendance record, demonstrating reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to meeting work schedules and business needs
  • Strong understanding of behavioral interviewing techniques, candidate behavior patterns, and hiring risks, with the ability to identify red flags, assess cultural fit, and make sound hiring recommendations
  • Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills, with near-native fluency
  • Stellar English grammar, spelling, punctuation, and proofreading skills, with the ability to produce professional, client-ready communications
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple open roles while maintaining an excellent candidate experience
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other modern sourcing tools is preferred
