Who You Are

We're looking for a sharp, curious, AI-obsessed Virtual Assistant who thrives in fast-moving, multi-brand environments. You don't wait for instructions — you take ownership, figure things out, and get things done. You think in systems, not just tasks, and you bring genuine enthusiasm for what's new in AI and e-commerce.

You're not just someone who has used ChatGPT. You actively test new tools, build workflows, and stay ahead of what's dropping next. You've worked with DTC or e-commerce brands before, you can write clean English, and you're comfortable working directly with US-based clients and operators.

Qualifications:

Genuinely obsessed with AI — you follow it closely, test new tools, and have real opinions on what works
Experience supporting a DTC, CPG, or e-commerce brand
Hands-on experience with TikTok Seller Center and TikTok Ads Manager
Proficient in ClickUp, Slack, Shopify admin, Claude (Anthropic), and Google Workspace
Strong written English communication skills
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage tasks across multiple brands simultaneously
Available full-time on US Eastern Time
Bonus: experience with Higgsfield, Kling, Runway, ElevenLabs, Instantly, Klaviyo, Make, Zapier, n8n, or Canva

What You'll Do

As a TikTok Shop + AI Content VA, you will:

AI Content + Tools

Generate AI videos, images, and ad creative using tools like Higgsfield, Kling, Runway, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, and whatever new tool launches next month
Use Claude (Anthropic) daily for content, research, automation, and ops work — including setting up projects and prompt libraries
Build and refine AI-powered workflows: automations, content pipelines, and repeatable systems
Surface 1–2 new AI tools or workflows per week that you've actually tested and have a POV on

TikTok Shop Management

Manage Seller Center across multiple brands: product uploads, listing optimization, promotions, compliance issues, and violation appeals
Run the TikTok affiliate program: creator outreach, sample approvals, commission adjustments, and performance tracking
Support TikTok Ads Manager work: campaign setup, GMV Max launches, creative uploads, basic reporting, and media buying
Pull weekly performance reports and proactively flag what's working and what isn't

Admin + Ops

Manage tasks across multiple brands in ClickUp; own your board
Inbox triage, calendar coordination, and light project management
Set up cold email campaigns in Instantly: warmup, list cleaning, and sequences
Take voice memos and Slack messages and turn them into clean briefs, docs, or task lists

E-Commerce Support

Shopify admin: product uploads, theme tweaks, app setup, and discount codes
Klaviyo basics (helpful, not required)
Any other operational support a fast-growing brand needs

Technical Requirements

Internet connection: High-speed internet required — minimum 20 Mbps or fiber connection
Computer / laptop: Employees must use a genuine, supported business laptop with built-in hardware security and full-disk encryption enabled. Unsupported, modified, bypass-installed, rooted, or jailbroken operating systems are not permitted.
- Windows: Windows 11 (preferably Windows 11 Pro), 2021 model or newer, with TPM 2.0 enabled and BitLocker / Windows Device Encryption turned on
- Mac: Apple MacBook / Mac, 2020 model or newer, preferably Apple Silicon M1 or newer, running a supported macOS version with FileVault enabled
- RAM: Minimum 8 GB (16 GB preferred)

Rate: 62000PHP - 63000PHP
