Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Brand Marketing and eCommerce Director with extensive experience in high-turnover and inventory based e-commerce brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in scaling brands and driving performance improvements in consumer-focused industries. This role will manage all aspects of brand marketing and e-commerce operations, focusing on customer retention, user experience, and conversion optimization. We are looking for someone with a high level of autonomy and responsibility within an ecommerce brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners to manage and execute the marketing calendar.
  • Optimize promotion campaigns through data-driven analysis.
  • Customer Journey:
  • Develop and optimize email and SMS campaigns.
  • Enhance loyalty and referral programs to drive customer retention.
  • Implement retention strategies using customer data insights.
  • E-commerce:
  • Oversee all selling platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, wholesale), ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory across platforms.
  • Optimize platforms for conversion rate and sales growth.
  • Execute SEO strategies and monitor key metrics for continuous improvement.

  • Strong background in retention marketing, e-commerce management, and SEO.
  • Analytical skills to derive insights from data.
  • Communication:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Significant Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) experience

Salary Range: $4000-$6000 per month
