About the Role
We are seeking a versatile Marketing Manager with exceptional writing and communication abilities to join our team based in Singapore. This role will be instrumental in boosting sales and renewals while championing green solutions to align with our customers sustainability goals, both in the B2C and B2B realms. Responsibilities include crafting and implementing marketing strategies to strategically position the company, uphold a cohesive brand image, execute targeted marketing campaigns, and select vendors. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this role offers a pivotal opportunity to drive our marketing initiatives forward.
Responsibilities:
Web Management & Content Creation
Research and co-create articles, infographics, and videos to meet business objectives
Refresh and update website content regularly to ensure relevance and accuracy
Ensure seamless web navigation experience for visitors
Collaborate with a digital performance marketing agency to drive web traffic and improve conversion rates
Social Media Content Management
Co-create engaging social media content to educate our audience and foster brand loyalty.
Drive positive word-of-mouth through active social engagement and community building.
Events Management
Plan and host client relationship and sustainability events in collaboration with partners
Coordinate event logistics, invitations, and promotional materials to ensure successful outcomes.
Campaign Management
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive sales & retention.
Coordinate campaign efforts across various channels, including the website, social media, mobile app, emails, marketplaces, forums and other paid media.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications, Journalism or related field.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in the services sector such as telecommunications, banking, energy or sustainability sector.
Excellent writing and communication skills with a proven ability to create compelling content.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Extensive web site management/creative experience with proficiency in web content management systems (i.e. SiteCore) and digital marketing tools (Dynamics 365 Marketing Module, GA, Digimind, etc).
Skilled in direct response marketing with ability to craft integrated marketing strategies across all channels and touchpoints, including website, print communications, online communications and email.
Passion for sustainability and promoting green solutions.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
